Charlotte Matheson currently works as an assistant producer at Movie Love Productions (A Waiter in Paris, Tapestry) and publicist at Critical PR.

In 2023, she was the Festival Director of Watersprite, the world’s largest student film festival, having spent the previous year working for the Young Director Award in Paris. In 2024, she was the youngest ever member of the Young Director Award jury and is now on the steering committee for Watersprite.

For two years she produced the Girls On Film podcast and Mark Kermode’s monthly show at the BFI. She is also a photographer, writer, filmmaker and moderator.
